The Founder

Graciela Bareiro, an expat herself, coordinates a series of programs and events that support the expatriate community to examine the challenges they face in defining who they are professionally and personally in their new host country.

Since 2001 she has been living abroad in East-Europe and North-America accompanying her husband who works for the UN. Graciela began to work internationally in New York City where she was a volunteer on the diffusion of the Latin-American culture by teaching Spanish language skills to Americans and working as a freelance consultant for the expat Hispano community to improve their businesses, and developing their entrepreneurial characteristics.

Now in her pass by South-America she is offering programs that consist of individual and group meetings encouraging people to rediscover their abilities for self- expression as a way to bring clarity and satisfaction into their lives.

Graciela Bareiro holds a Post-Degree in Human Resources Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Educational and Organizational Psychology. She is a corporate trainer facilitator and freelance consultant. Member of the UN Women Guild Association (ADNU), and the United Nations Local Expat Spouses Association (UNLESA).
